Antioxidants exist in number of substances and foods and intend to protect us from a natural but destructive phenomenon: oxidation. What are Antioxidants? in which foods are they?

Oxidation is a chemical reaction: the combination of oxygen in the air with another element. When it takes place, an atom or ion loses one or more electrons are released.
