This is my before and after of phase 1 of my fitness journey. I’m starting phase 2 tomorrow which will include losing more fat and also toning/building muscle. I’m giving myself until March to get down to 118-120lbs and to lose an additional 3 inches around my waist, stomach and hips each (while building muscle). I’m about 136lbs right now. (My scale is not working so I will have to wait a week to give exact numbers).
