Another procedure that can be considered cosmetic dentistry is the dental liaison. The link dental refers to the placement of a resin filler on the front and the back of the teeth. This procedure is commonly used for treatment and restoration of the wear of the teeth, changing its color, shape and size. The connection is made by placing a plastic material that is placed over teeth to improve appearance and reduce the gaps. The cosmetic dentist then places a union of plastic on which you can sculpt and colors. Once the setup is complete, the material hardens with a high-intensity light. The dental link can also be used to treat tooth decay. Small corrections, such as traditional fillers, are treated by a fill color that matches and joined permanently to the tooth surface. This is commonly done by fillings that are visible when you smile in the mirror, as fillers in a front tooth. This type of union is not as durable as the type used for big correction.
