The dissociated diet is separated historicly because it dates back 30 years. Regularly given for every day by magazines, it is always presented as miracacle.C ertain stars have even published a book narrated their weight loss experiences. Several methods exist for dissociated diet but all of them rely on the same technique: the separation of the various food groups.
Principles and bases of dissociated diet:
The basic principle of dissociated diet lays on a simple fact: it is the mixture of carbohydrates (sugars) and lipids (fats), which would grow. But these nutritional absorbed separately disappear and would not be stored, even if they are in excess in the diet. It could therefore eat without quantity limits, provided that it is not during the same meal or not the same day. This varies according to different versions.
dissociated diet over a week:
During the first 6 days, it consumes all day a single category of foods: dairy products, meat, fish, eggs, green vegetables, fruit. The seventh day, freedom is total.
dissociated diet for a day:
Laitages for breakfast, meat or fish at lunch, fruit or vegetables at dinner.
Avantages of dissociated diet:
It is effective because of its monotony. Eat only chicken or green beans for a day or even one meal is not really exciting. Thus, we eat less spontaneously, cooking forcéments are limited. Impact: fat intake as well. Overall result: calories decreases and you lose weight.
Drawbacks and disadvantages of dissociated diet:
When it is applied over a week (one food group per day), this diet is difficult to follow. If you can easily withstand eat only dairy products and fruits during a journé is less evident during breakfasts days fish!
Whether apportioned on a weekly or daily, the diet complicates social life, unless it provides meals when you go dinner with friends or office. It may be easy to follow the restaurant, for example the day fish, it is easier to take just one shelf shellfish.
The risks of dissociated diet:
Dssociated diet can lead to isolation deficiencies. Indeed, certain nutritional elements are not always stored even if they are made in large quantities by food. This is the case, for example, water-soluble vitamins (all those of Group B and vitamin C). Each day, the body uses what it needs and remains unused, is released into the urine.
This is not very serious if you follow this regime for one week (before leaving the beach for example), but it may become if we adopt this method any longer. And then, the risk is also regrossir then because it back to its old eating habits, those who have done precisely gain weight.
