Frostbite care and protection!

Winter is well and truly here, cold with him, let frostbite too! Note finally that some small habits adopted in winter could significantly reduce the risk of frostbite:
One word of order, protect the ends! Put on two pairs of gloves, the first silk, to keep the heat and absorb moisture and the second in wool to protect from the cold. Similarly for the feet, think of the good warm socks: a first pair of cotton followed by a second wool protect your toes of the bite cold.
Finally, avoid wearing shoes and socks too tight to impede traffic and exacerbate the risk of frostbite.
