Where to find Omega 3?
They are mainly found in nuts, fatty fish, canola oil and the chewing.
Namely, too, it is not uncommon to find a large quantity of these fatty acids in eggs, poultry and beef because of food provided to these animals, itself rich in Omega 3.
So easy to fill our daily needs: some nuts, a good two tablespoons of canola oil in salad or 70 grams of fatty fish (salmon, trout, tuna, cod, …) with a salad chew and voila!
Note also that there pharmacy supplements rich in Omega 3, designed based on fish oil supplement, however, you will not need to make sure provided a varied and balanced diet every day!
Finally, note that the omega 3 thin the blood, food supplements are inappropriate against pregnant women and people receiving anti-coagulants. Consult your doctor before taking any supplements!
