The principle of the hyper-protein diet is to provide a minimum of calories in a form that ensures adequate input in protein and micronutrients. The cure is to follow 10 days to 3 weeks, depending on the weight loss desired, but never beyond without medical advice.
the cure mixed hyper-protein:
– Breakfast:
A hyper-protein packet + a hot drink without sugar.
– Snack 10.30 (optional):
A hyper-protein baror laitage lean.
– Lunch:
120g. white meat or fish cooked without fat green vegetables + coffee olive oil + laitage lean.
– Snack 16.30 (required):
A packet or a hyper-protein bar+ a hot drink without sugar
– Dinner:

The cure is to be followed for 15 days and may be renewed if medical opinion.
